Connect Nuvemshop/Tiendanube to Kommo

Requirements:

  • Available in all Kommo plans or an active 14-day trial.
  • A Nuvemshop/Tiendanube store.

Limitations:

  • Kommo will not store information about all customers who placed an order before the integration was set up.
  • Nuvemshop/Tiendanube is only available in Spanish and Portuguese.

What is the Nuvemshop/Tiendanube integration

Connect your Nuvemshop store with Kommo to centralize customer and order management within the CRM. You can manage orders, track customer details, and use AI automation to enhance customer interactions.

  • Add a chat button to your store and chat with visitors
  • Automatically sync orders from Nuvemshop/Tiendanube to Kommo

Connecting Nuvemshop/Tiendanube to Kommo

You can connect your Nuvemshop/Tiendanube store through three different ways:

  • Through Marketplace
  • Through Kommo AI agent settings
  • Through Website chat button settings

Installation via Marketplace

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and search for Nuvemshop/Tiendanube.

  1. Accept the privacy policy and click Install.
  2. Select the platform your store is on, Nuvemshop or Tiendanube.

  1. Log in with your credentials and complete the connection.

You can now manage your pipeline, website chat button and Kommo AI agent settings.

Installation via Kommo AI agent settings

You can also connect your Nuvemshop/Tiendanube store directly through your Kommo AI agent settings.

  1. Go to Settings > Kommo AI. In the Kommo AI agent section, find the Nuvemshop/Tiendanube integration and click Install.

  1. Accept the privacy policy and click Install.
  2. Select the platform your store is on, Nuvemshop or Tiendanube.

  1. Log in with your credentials and complete the connection.

  1. To activate the AI agent, click Go to AI agent settings.

All necessary data will be imported automatically and you can add sources to topics if needed. Configure the chats where the AI agent will respond.

Installation via Website chat button settings

Before connecting a website chat button to your Nuvemshop/Tiendanube store, make sure you create and customize it. Read our article to learn how.

  1. Go to Leads > Automate and click +Add source.

  1. Select Website chat button and click +Add source.

  1. In the Installation section, find Add to your Nuvemshop/Tiendanube store. Click on Install.

  1. Select the platform your store is on, Nuvemshop or Tiendanube.

  1. Log in and complete the connection.

  1. To activate the website chat button, click Manage website chat button.

This will take you back to General settings, where you can set up the chat button.

Setting up Nuvemshop/Tiendanube integration

Once you connect your store, all necessary information will be imported into Kommo, allowing you to use all CRM functions to manage clients from Nuvemshop.

Working with orders

Orders from Nuvemshop/Tiendanube will be displayed on a separate Kommo pipeline. Each order will contain:

  • Customer details
  • Products ordered
  • Order status
  • Payment method
  • Delivery method

Working with customers

Kommo will store information about all customers who place an order after the integration is set up. For each customer, Kommo will save:

  • Contact details
  • First name
  • Last name
