Your Kommo subscription applies to your entire account. All users must have the same subscription plan, so having users on different plans in the same account isn't possible.
The minimum subscription for a Kommo account is 6 months.
We’ve got discounts for subscriptions of 9, 12, and 24 months. For more information on subscription periods and discounts, go to Settings > Billing.
Yes, you can request a refund for the period you haven’t used yet. Simply chat with our customer support team in your account or email us at support@kommo.com.
Once you confirm the refund, your account will be deactivated. Only account administrators can request a refund.
