Refund Policy
This policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that customers feel secure in their transactions with Kommo, while also protecting the company from potential abuse of the refund process.
1. Trial Period
Kommo offers a fourteen (14)-day free trial for new users. During the free trial, users may explore the Basic Plan features available on the platform, together with a fourteen (14)-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on), if made available by Kommo.
No credit card is required to start the free trial, and users are not charged during the trial period. User may discontinue use of the trial at any time before subscribing to a paid service.
2. Subscription Services
Except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy, in the AI agent Terms, or as required by applicable law, all fees paid to Kommo are non-refundable. The free trial is intended to allow users to evaluate Kommo before purchasing a paid subscription. If a user does not wish to continue after the free trial, the user should cancel before any paid subscription begins.
If a user cancels a paid subscription, the cancellation will stop future renewals only. The user will continue to have access to the paid subscription through the end of the then-current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for any remaining portion of that started billing cycle, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
AI agent Packages
AI agent Packages are subject to the refund rules set forth in the AI agent Terms. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the AI agent Terms, fees for AI agent Packages are non-refundable. If an AI agent Package is purchased for a single Package Period, no refund is available once that Package Period has started. If Kommo offers a prepaid multi-period or annual AI agent Package, refunds may be available only for full unused future Package Periods, and not for the then-current started Package Period, consumed Credits, expired Credits, or partially used periods.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All Kommo services, such as the charges for a Kommo Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by Kommo to provide these Services. This includes one-time Chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.
4. Technical Issues
If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Kommo’s support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Kommo’s discretion.
5. Unauthorized Charges
