Connecting integrations in Kommo with Zapier

Looking for an easy way to connect Kommo with other apps? With Zapier, you can link Kommo to thousands of apps that don’t have native integrations. This guide will show you how to do it, using Spotify as a practical example.

Connecting your Kommo account to Zapier

Start by connecting Zapier to your Kommo account. If you don’t have a Zapier account yet, create one here.

  1. Log into your Zapier account and navigate to the Apps section.
  2. Click on + Add connection and search for Kommo in the search bar

  1. Connect your Kommo account in the pop-up window.

Connecting another integration

After connecting Kommo, you can connect another app in two ways:

  1. By adding a connection in the Apps section.
  2. By creating a new Zap and adding an application there.

Connecting a third-party integration is straightforward:

  1. Create a New Zap.
  2. Add a trigger from the needed integration.
  3. Choose the event.

  6. Add an event in Kommo.
  7. Log into your Kommo account (if not done before).
  8. Configure the event.
  9. Test it.
  10. Publish the Zap.

Use case: Connecting Spotify to Kommo with Zapier

Let’s say you want to integrate Spotify to Kommo, an example of integration that doesn’t exist in Kommo yet.

  1. Create a trigger for Spotify, like “When a new track is liked.”

  1. Connect your Spotify account to Zapier and test the trigger.

  1. Choose the event in Kommo and proceed with your account.

  1. Select the needed data. For example, set the new lead name to be the same as the track name and the stage to “My Pipeline: Initial Contact.”

  1. Test the Zap and publish it. Let’s check if it works.

  1. Go to the Spotify app and like a new track, such as “West End Girls” by Pet Shop Boys.

  1. A new lead with the track name is created (moved to another stage due to the automation).
