Requirements to install VoxImplant Kit

Before you begin, you’ll need:

  • A VoxImplant Kit account.
  • A device that meets these system requirements (to install the VoxImplant Kit softphone desktop app):

Windows: Windows 10 or newer

macOS: macOS 10.15 or newer

Linux: Ubuntu 20.04 or newer

Also, ensure the contact center feature is enabled in your VoxImplant Kit account. To enable it, log in to your VoxImplant Kit account, click on your profile picture, and select Get contact center.

How to install the VoxImplant Kit softphone desktop app

To make calls from Kommo, you must install the VoxImplant Kit softphone desktop app. Please visit the VoxImplant Kit documentation to find the latest installers and a full step-by-step guide.

Once the installation is done, open the desktop app and use your VoxImplant Kit credentials to log in and start using the softphone.

How to get your VoxImplant Kit data

Before setting up the integration in Kommo, you need to obtain your VoxImplant Kit authentication details:

  1. Create an account or log in to your VoxImplant Kit account.

  1. Go to Administration > Security > API tokens > Add API token.

  1. Enter a token name and click Save.

  1. Copy the token and token ID on your computer.

  1. Copy your account name and region from the dialog. The region is shown as two letters in your hostname. Save this information on your computer.

How to set up the integration in Kommo

Now that you have the details from VoxImplant Kit, follow these steps to connect it with Kommo:

  1. In your Kommo account, go to Settings in the left menu and click Integrations.

  1. Use the Search field to find the VoxImplant Kit app.

  1. Click + Install. Accept the privacy policy and click Install again.

  1. Enter the data you got from your VoxImplant Kit account: account name, region (with lowercase letters), access token, and token ID. Then, click Save.

How to use VoxImplant Kit with Kommo

Once you've connected VoxImplant Kit with Kommo, here's how you can use it:

Incoming calls

When an admin receives a phone call, Kommo automatically creates a new lead card. If the customer is already in the database, their existing card opens right away.

Click-to-Call

Use the click-to-call feature to quickly initiate a call to a customer directly from their lead card in Kommo. Simply open a lead card, click on the lead’s number and choose ‘Call via Kit’ to make the call.

Communication history

All communication history is saved in the customer's card, so you can easily track all interactions.

Call recordings

You can listen to or download call recordings whenever needed for reference or training purposes.
