Limitations of VoxImplant Kit integration
While you can install the desktop app, it will only function if the contact center feature is active in your VoxImplant Kit account. Your device must meet certain system requirements (listed below in the Requirements section of this article).

How to get your VoxImplant Kit data

Create an account or log in to your VoxImplant Kit account .

Go to Administration > Security > API tokens > Add API token.

Enter a token name and click Save.

Copy the token and token ID on your computer.

Copy your account name and region from the dialog. The region is shown as two letters in your hostname. Save this information on your computer.
How to set up the integration in Kommo

In your Kommo account, go to Settings in the left menu and click Integrations.

Use the Search field to find the VoxImplant Kit app.

Click + Install . Accept the privacy policy and click Install again.

Enter the data you got from your VoxImplant Kit account: account name, region (with lowercase letters), access token, and token ID. Then, click Save.
