Upgrading or renewing your Kommo plan

Not sure how to renew your Kommo subscription? Or maybe your current plan no longer meets your business needs? If you already have an active subscription, you can create orders to upgrade your plan, add user seats, and renew your subscription.

How to upgrade your plan

Each Kommo subscription plan offers different features. You can find more details on our Pricing page.

To upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Select a new plan.

  1. Press Checkout.
  2. Select payment by card or PayPal account (for users in Brazil, payment is only available by card through Bexs).
  3. Enter payment details.

The price of your order depends on how many days are left on your paid subscription. Unpaid orders are canceled automatically.

You can upgrade independently from Base to Advanced or Enterprise, and from Advanced to Enterprise. If you need to downgrade your plan, please contact our support team.

If an error occurs while creating an order, please contact our support team.

Adding user seats

To add a seat for a new user, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Set the number of user seats.

  1. Press Checkout.
  2. Select payment by card or PayPal account (for users in Brazil, payment is only available by card through Bexs).
  3. Enter payment details.

The price of your order depends on how many days are left on your paid subscription. Unpaid orders are canceled automatically.

You can independently add user seats in the Billing section. If you need to decrease the number of seats, please contact our support team.

All account users must be on the same subscription plan. Learn more about limits, adding users, and removing users.

Renewing your subscription

To renew your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Select a subscription period.

  1. Press Checkout.
  2. Select payment by card or PayPal account (for users in Brazil, payment is only available by card through Bexs).
  3. Enter payment details.

We’ll send you a reminder email 9 days before your subscription expires. A renewal order will be automatically created in the Billing section, with all your current account details (your plan, number of user seats, and subscription period).

Renewing is unavailable for accounts with enabled recurring payments since it happens automatically. If you want to renew your subscription manually, disable recurring payments in the Billing section. Find more details about renewing with recurring payments reading our article.
