At Kommo, we offer 3 types of subscription plans:

Note: If you already have an active subscription, you can only create orders to upgrade your plan, add user seats, and renew the subscription. Check our Upgrading or renewing your Kommo plan article to find out how to do it.
Base plan
The Base plan is perfect for small businesses looking to centralize their communication channels and better organize their sales processes. This plan costs $15 per user per month.

Advanced plan
If you’re a power user and want to make the most of Kommo’s AI for Salesbot, lead scoring, data backup, and more, the Advanced plan is for you!
The Advanced plan builds on the Base plan by adding automations, which make it easy to set actions in your pipeline to help move leads along. It also activates the Salesbot, which follows your rules to execute workflows you design in the Visual Builder. Broadcasting is also enabled to expand your marketing efforts. This plan costs $25 per user per month.

Enterprise plan

This plan is ideal for larger businesses that handle many leads and need a highly customizable experience. This plan costs $45 per user per month.
