How to connect Shopify with Kommo?

Hooking up your Shopify store with your Kommo account is a breeze – just follow these steps:

  1. Start by going to Shopify's website. Sign up or log in - if you don't have a Shopify account, you can start a free trial by clicking on “Start free trial” and following the on-screen instructions.

  1. Once your store is set up, head to the Shopify App Store. You can find it by clicking on “Apps” in your Shopify dashboard. In the search bar, type “Kommo” and hit enter.

  1. Click on the Kommo app to view more details. Then, click the “Install” button. You may need to confirm the installation by clicking “Install app” on your Shopify store page.

  1. Shopify will redirect you to the Kommo login page. Here, you have two options - create a new Kommo account if you don't already have one or log in with your existing Kommo account by entering your credentials.

  1. Once you're logged in, Shopify will request authorization to access your Kommo account. Click the “Allow” button to grant the necessary permissions and install the widget.

  1. Lastly, you will be directed to your Kommo account page and the onboarding instructions will guide you to complete the integration.

Congratulations! Your Shopify store is now successfully integrated with Kommo CRM.
