HyperScript: How to install HyperScript

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and choose the HyperScript integration. Agree with the privacy policy and click on +Install.

  1. The installed HyperScript widget will be available in the Contact, Company, or lead card in your Kommo CRM in the top right panel. Just sign in to your HyperScript account and you are ready to use it.

HyperScript: How to connect HyperScript with Kommo

  1. Register with your colleagues in HyperScript.

  1. Go to Kommo CRM and open a Contact, Company, or Lead card in your pipeline. The installed HyperScript widget will appear in the top right panel. Enter your HyperScript login and password to link your accounts.

HyperScript: How to exchange data between scripts and Kommo

Seamless data exchange allows you to automatically import your client data from Kommo CRM into scripts and vice versa, for example name, e-mail, address, date and time of appointment, or any other needed information. Real-time input of new order or client data within the script during calls, eliminating the need to switch windows. Data will be saved in Kommo CRM even if you accidentally close the script, browser window, or hit the back button.

  1. To set the seamless data exchange with your Kommo you need to go to your HyperScript account, choose the needed script or create a new one. Open it, choose the step of the script where you would like to put the field and click “Fields” icon.

  1. Click “New field” or choose the already created one from the list below.

  1. In Data Source click “CRM” and for Kommo CRM, please, choose the “amoCRM” option in the CRM Field.

Important! To set up the seamless data exchange with your Kommo account you need to choose amoCRM field in HyperScript.

  1. Next, you can select the pre-prepared Fields from the subsections, for example “Contact/Name” to automatically add to the script the person's name to whom you are going to call.

  1. Or create your own field.

Important! The field name should be exactly the same as in Kommo CRM.

  1. Click “Create” and it’s ready. Repeat the same process with other needed steps. Don’t forget to click “Publish script” after adding all needed fields before going back to Kommo. All your employees will see an update immediatly.

HyperScript: How to create automated tasks in your Kommo

HyperScript offers the most comprehensive integration with Kommo CRM, allowing task automation within the CRM system during client interactions. Go to your HyperScript account, open your script and select the script step after which a task should be created, for example, “send presentation to the client”, and click “Automation”.

  1. Enter information into “Due date” and “Task summary”, for example, set the task “Send presentation to the client”, and click Add. Don’t forget to click “Publish script” to save all changes. Now you are all set, just go to Kommo CRM, open your script and follow the steps. All tasks will be set automatically in your Kommo.

  1. You can see all your tasks in the Calendar. Don’t worry, Kommo will remind you about it.

Life situation. You have a script, you need to improve it to sell more.

First of all, it's worth measuring how effective the current script is. One way to do this is to calculate the conversion, that is, the ratio of successful attempts to their total number.

Next, copy the script using the “Copy” function of the script menu and make changes to the copy.

How to understand what changes are worth making? There are two main ways: to look at the script's map and determine which of the nodes “most customers” fall out; listen to records of conversations of successful sales (if you are recording) and add good phrases to the updated version.

Versions for comparison are ready. The case for small: make passages by operators on one and the other version and compare the conversion. Which version of the script is higher, that won.

Measuring the conversion of the script and operators is based on setting goals, the achievement of which will be an indicator of a successful or not successful passage.

  1. In order to set a goal, being in the HyperScript designer, select the node and in its properties set the flag “Is the Goal”. Then save the changes.

The goal is set, you can measure the conversion of the script and operators!

Next, to collect statistics, it is necessary for operators to have several conversations using a script in your Kommo CRM.

After that, by going to the “Analytics” section of the corresponding script in your HyperScript account, you can view the statistics:

Conversion of the current version of the script as a whole

Conversion of each operator according to the current version of the script

Number of calls total

Number of successful / rejected

Which nodes are the most problematic

Which nodes do not have the right answer.
