In Kommo you can easily change the default language of your account to suit your preferences or team’s needs. This quick guide will walk you through the steps to switch the language in your profile settings.
Here is what you need to do:

Go to your Kommo account and click on your profile picture in the top left corner. A dropdown menu will appear. From there, click on the profile button.
Switching languages in Kommo is easy and helps you and your team work better. If there are multiple users on the account, changing the language only affects the person who made the change. Others will still see their own preferred language. And no matter which language you use, you can receive and manage messages in any language.
