- The integration doesn’t automatically save call recordings, only call activity details such as the time and duration of the call.

How to integrate API4Com with Kommo
To integrate your API4Com account with Kommo, follow these steps:

Log into your API4Com account.

Go to the Integrations menu and click Activate, and you will be redirected to Kommo.

In Kommo, click Allow to permit the connection between your API4Com and Kommo accounts.
- You will be redirected back to API4Com with a success message: “Integração com Kommo realizada com sucesso!”

In API4Com, go to the gear icon on the left-hand side to select your Kommo user and complete the integration.

Choose the Kommo user you want to link with API4Com, and click Salvar.
How to make calls using API4Com in Kommo
Once the integration is complete, follow these steps to start making calls:
- Open the API4Com WebPhone extension in your Google Chrome browser.

Click on Integrações ativas to confirm that your integration has been updated successfully.
- You will see a message at the top of the WebPhone: “Integrações atualizadas com sucesso!!”.

Now, your API4Com account is connected to your Kommo CRM user! You will see a floating call button from API4Com in the bottom-right corner of your Kommo screen, allowing you to easily make calls to your leads.
After you finish a call with a lead, the details of the call will automatically appear in the lead’s activity history in Kommo.
