What is the WooCommerce integration
Connect your WooCommerce store with Kommo to centralize customer and order management within the CRM. You can manage orders, track customer details, and use AI automation to enhance customer interactions.

Installing WooCommerce to Kommo
You can connect your WooCommerce store through three different ways:
- Through Marketplace
- Through Kommo AI agent settings
- Through website chat button settings
No matter which option you choose, the connection steps are the same:

Go to the relevant settings page (Marketplace, AI agent, or website chat button settings). For example, go to Settings > Integrations and search for WooCommerce.

Accept the privacy policy and click Install.

Copy your WooCommerce store link and paste it into the designated field. Click Connect store.

Follow the login instructions and click Approve to complete the connection.
You can now manage website chat button and Kommo AI agent settings.
Setting up the Website chat button
If you're connecting WooCommerce through the website chat button settings, follow these extra steps:

Go to Leads > Automate and click +Add source.

Select Website chat button and click +Add source. Learn how to create a website chat button and customize it.

In the Installation section, find Install it in WooCommerce. Click on Install.

Copy your WooCommerce store link and paste it on the field. Click Connect store.

Follow the login instructions and click Approve to complete the connection.

To activate the website chat button, click plugin page.
- Log in to your Kommo account. Select the account you want to connect with WooCommerce.

From the dropdown, choose Woo chat button and click Install.
Connecting WooCommerce with the AI agent
If you're connecting through Kommo AI agent settings, follow these extra steps:

Go to Settings > Kommo AI. In the Kommo AI agent section, find the WooCommerce integration and click Install.

Accept the privacy policy and click Install.

Copy your WooCommerce store link and paste it on the field. Click Connect store.

Follow the login instructions and click Approve to complete the connection.

To activate the AI agent, click Set up AI agent.
- All necessary data will be imported automatically and you can add sources to topics if needed. Configure the chats where the AI agent will respond.
Using WooCommerce in Kommo
Once you connect your store, all necessary information will be imported into Kommo, allowing you to use all CRM functions to manage clients from WooCommerce.
Working with orders
Orders from WooCommerce will be displayed on a separate Kommo pipeline. Each order will contain:
- Customer details
- Products ordered
- Order status
- Payment method
- Delivery method
Working with customers
Kommo will store information about all customers who place an order after the integration is set up. For each customer, Kommo will save:
- Contact details
- First name
- Last name
