How to delete Kommo account (for admins only)

Unleashing the full power of Kommo involves effortlessly managing multiple accounts, tailoring your experience to meet your business needs. As projects evolve and priorities shift, you may encounter accounts that have fulfilled their purpose. Whether a project concludes successfully or a testing account completes its experimental role, Kommo allows you to easily tidy up your account list. In this guide, we'll walk you through each step in order to delete your Kommo account.

Note: To deactivate an account, you must be an account administrator. If not, request your account admin to manage the process.

Start by going to Kommo and log in using your credentials.

Once logged in, head to the ‘Chats’ section in the left-side menu bar. From there, select ‘Mentions & Team Chat’ in the bottom left corner.

Click ‘Chat with Support’ to start a conversation and ask for your account to be deleted. Just share the account name you want to delete and confirm by saying something like 'I confirm the deactivation of the account {Account ID}’.

Kommo’s Support Team will promptly work to fulfill your request. It's crucial to follow up on the conversation in case the Support Team has any additional questions or requires more information. Please note that this process can take up to a month to be completed.

If you have multiple accounts to delete, make things easier by giving us a list of accounts upfront. This way, you won't have to go through the process separately for each one.
