What Kommo plan should I choose?

Can I pay for Kommo monthly?

Monthly payment is not currently available. The minimum subscription period is 6 months.

Are there additional costs?

Kommo does not charge any mandatory extra fees. Your plan price covers all core features included in your subscription. Optional additional costs may apply only if you choose to: Array You stay in full control of these upgrades, and they’re only added if and when you need them.

If I cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then. Read more in our Refund policy.

Which features are available during my trial?

During the 14-day trial period, you get full access to all Kommo’s features. The only restriction is that media storage is limited to 10GB.

Can I add users to my account for free?

You can add both paid and free users. Paid members can move freely through your Kommo account, using any account features that you have given them access to use. Free users have limited rights: they can view and chat within the client profiles that have been specifically shared with them.

Which plan lets me connect and use messenger apps?

You only need a Base plan to integrate all your messengers and more than 100 other integrations on our marketplace.

What currency can I pay in?

We bill in USD only, but you may be able to find an official partner who resells Kommo in your currency.

What payment methods does Kommo support?

You can use your card or choose from popular payment systems like PayPal.

Does everyone on the account need to have the same plan?

Every user on the account needs to be on the same plan.

If I buy more seats, will that increase my AI credits?

Yes. Each plan will come with a different number of credits, multiplied by the number of licenses/seats on the account. For example, on the Pro plan, each seat will grant 2250 credits, so an account with 3 seats will have 2250*3=6750 credits.

How many AI credits do I get each month?

Credits are allocated based on your plan and multiplied by the number of seats on your account. For the Base plan, you get 750 credits; for the Advanced plan, 1250 credits; and for the PRO plan, 2250 credits. These credits are renewed monthly on your billing date.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Credits reset on your billing date month, and unused credits do not carry over.

What happens if I run out of AI credits?

You can either upgrade your Kommo plan, buy more seats, or purchase additional Kommo AI credit packages at any time to continue using AI features without interruption. Purchasing additional AI credits is the most cost-effective option.
