This integration enables the display of a chat button on your website. By default, the button appears in the bottom-right corner of the browser window.

Clicking the button opens a chat window where clients can send messages through various platforms. These messages are automatically delivered to your Kommo inbox.

How to Connect Wix🔌

To use Kommo to add a live chat button to your Wix account, take the following steps 👇

  • Go to the leads section > Automate > Add source > Website Chat button.
  • Click Add to your Wix website > Install in Wix.
  • In the Wix App Market, search for the Kommo app.

On this page, you can log in by clicking:

  • Login to an existing Kommo account
  • Creating a new account in Kommo

After authorization, the landing page will display an interface for the authorized user, and the user will have access to the following options:

  • Check for unread chats
  • Follow the links to get acquainted with the Kommo platform
  • Disabling/enabling a button on a Wix site

NOTE: When you log into the integration under a Kommo account that does not have chat buttons, the button will be created in Kommo and added to the Wix site automatically.

  • If chat buttons have already been created in the Kommo account, the user will see a creator window with the option to install an existing button or create a new one.
  • You can install an existing button from the Select button list or install a new button by clicking the Create new chat button.

After you have done this, you can go ahead to customize your chat button
