The Skype integration is built-in and designed by the Kommo team. To begin, you should log in or register at portal.azure.com. There, you need to register a new Bot Channel. After doing so, enter the bot ID and bot secret in Kommo. Once that is done, a messaging endpoint is provided by Kommo, which will be added to bot’s settings. The bot is then connected to Kommo and can be used to communicate with your clients!
